  1. Annotation & Labeling: Services include transcription, summarization, and classification of images and videos.
  2. Enhancing LLMs: Involves prompt engineering, supervised fine-tuning, reinforcement learning from human feedback, red teaming, and adversarial model training.
  3. Data Collection & Generation: Ranges from institutional languages to remote audio collection.
  4. Relevance & Intent: Focuses on culturally nuanced evaluations to train models for search, advertisements, and LLM outputs.

Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition professional to lead our recruitment initiatives for enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a proven history of recruiting for high-volume, intricate roles and will excel in establishing relationships with key stakeholders. This position demands a strategic thinker capable of managing complex recruitment processes while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Guide, mentor, and develop a team of AI Data crowd talent specialists/managers.
  2. Establish performance objectives and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to team members.
  3. Cultivate a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  4. Design and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent for enterprise-level roles.
  5. Work closely with senior management and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and align recruitment efforts with Welocalize's objectives.
  6. Anticipate hiring needs based on business growth and market dynamics.
  7. Oversee the complete recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer extensions.
  8. Conduct in-depth candidate evaluations to ensure alignment with company culture and role specifications.
  9. Facilitate a smooth and positive candidate journey throughout the recruitment process.
  10. Collaborate with leaders, stakeholders, and HR business partners to define role expectations.
  11. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to key stakeholders.
  12. Advise and coach hiring managers on effective interviewing and selection practices.
  13. Stay updated on trends in the Localization and AI industries, competitive landscape, and labor market conditions.
  14. Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance Welocalize's reputation as an employer of choice.
  15. Participate in industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to promote the company and attract top talent.
  16. Ensure compliance with legal and company policies in all recruitment activities.
  17. Maintain accurate and current recruitment metrics and reports.
  18. Continuously assess and enhance recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills & Experience
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred or equivalent professional experience.
  2. A minimum of 10 years in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years focused on enterprise accounts and team leadership.
  3. Experience in recruiting for AI Data projects (data annotation, labeling, collection, relevance, etc.).
  4. Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding.
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  6. Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  7. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
