**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Southern Europe, specifically in the Semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and management, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share in Southern Europe.
- Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in the region.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with business objectives and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements:
