At CooperCompanies, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Agent to join our team in Paris, France. As a key member of our local Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for managing and handling sales orders, complaints, and customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and handle sales orders, including preparation of tenders for the public sector.
  • Handle and manage customer complaints and return orders, ensuring follow-through and closure on open customer topics.
  • Provide exceptional customer experience, handling various customer requests and inquiries from local customers.
  • Track and manage sales orders, SROs, samples, freight tracking, and discount tracking, providing bi-weekly updates to the team and monthly reports.
  • Support finance with specific overdue invoices, credit/rebill actions to rebalance accounts.
  • Perform minor administrative tasks to support the local sales office, such as vendor creation.

Requirements:

  • 5 years' experience in international customer service, including order management, complaints/credits.
  • Proven experience in ERP systems and CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Navision.
  • Fluent in French and English languages, both written and spoken.
  • Strong ability in business and customer support, with a collaborative, service-minded, structured, and quality-conscious approach.
