Role Overview

As a member of the Talent Management division, your responsibilities will encompass the following:

  • Management of Personnel Processes and Annual Compensation Review:
    • Overseeing data management for the execution of the review
    • Ensuring data formatting, validation, and accuracy
    • Providing monitoring, follow-up, and assistance to the HR network
    • Conducting data analysis and generating HR reports
  • Annual Compensation Review:
    • Preparation and support for the execution of the review
    • Alignment of variable compensation components (MIP) (comparing excel sheets with the system)
  • HR Information System - Success Factors:
    • Updating data for the preparation of My Career First (referencing Success Factors)
    • Creating various reports
    • Ensuring data quality for Talent Reviews and analysis of campaign outcomes
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Recruitment for identified needs within the management population across all levels
    • Defining recruitment strategies in collaboration with the recruitment manager
    • Drafting job postings
    • Pre-selecting CVs
    • Conducting initial interviews

Candidate Profile

Currently enrolled in a Master's Degree program in Human Resources from a prestigious business school or IAE

Demonstrated interest in data, HR systems, and tools

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Fluency in English is a requirement
