Job Title: Senior Director, Human Resources

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a seasoned Senior Director, Human Resources to lead our HR team in Western Europe. As a key member of our Leadership Team, you will partner with business leaders to drive people and organization initiatives that enhance capability and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute HR strategies to support business objectives
  • Lead talent management initiatives, including recruitment, hiring, and social onboarding
  • Partner with business leaders to implement organization design and change management initiatives
  • Advocate for employees and foster a positive employee relations work environment
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Fluent in French and English
  • At least 10 years of progressive HR experience
  • At least 5 years in implementation of HR initiatives
  • At least 2 years in at least one HR Specialty Area
  • At least 1 international experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Manufacturing and/or consumer products industry experience
