Join Colgate-Palmolive as a Senior Director of Human Resources

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to lead our Western Europe Hub HR team. As a Senior Director of Human Resources, you will partner with our business leaders to drive people and organization initiatives that enhance capability and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute HR strategies to support the company's business objectives
  • Lead talent management initiatives, including recruitment, hiring, and social onboarding
  • Design and implement organization design and change management initiatives
  • Partner with business leaders to create and maintain a positive employee relations work environment
  • Advise and coach business leaders and managers on employee inquiries and issues
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
  • Fluent in French and English
  • At least 10 years of progressive HR experience
  • At least 5 years in implementation of HR initiatives
  • At least 2 years in at least one HR Specialty Area
  • At least 1 international experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Manufacturing and/or consumer products industry experience
