We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dealer Manager to join our team at Knoll International S.A.S.U. as a Sales Account Manager/Business Developer. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading global company in the furniture industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with designated dealers to achieve financial sales goals and build a strong and mutually beneficial partnership.
- Provide day-to-day problem-solving solutions and opportunities to dealers to drive sales growth and increase market share.
- Identify and create sales opportunities for Knoll International S.A.S.U. and dealers in the territory, working closely with the team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Manage opportunities with dealers, providing technical and specification support as needed.
- Contribute to the company's business development efforts by identifying new opportunities for National Account Managers, Global Account Managers, Major Project Groups, and Channel Development teams.
- Provide accurate and timely reports to the Regional Manager and ensure Salesforce is accurate, updated, and utilized to its full potential on all opportunities.
- Minimum A-level or higher education.
- Proven track record in generating new business for a minimum period of 2 years (or associated field).
- Driving license (6 points maximum).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to communicate succinctly and fluently in French and English.
- High levels of drive and energy, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work long hours when required and prepared to make regular early starts, with up to 50% travel time.
