Vinted Go has been introduced to enhance shipping and delivery solutions throughout Europe, connecting over 40 carriers and numerous PUDO points to manage the delivery of millions of parcels annually.

The Vinted Group, which includes Vinted Marketplace and Vinted Go, is headquartered in Vilnius and operates in various countries, employing over 2,000 individuals. We are supported by prominent venture capital firms including Accel, Burda Principal Investments, EQT Growth, Insight Partners, Lightspeed Venture Partners, and Sprints Capital.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior In-house Legal Counsel to oversee litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for litigation and pre-litigation issues related to regulatory compliance, consumer affairs, platform regulations, content matters, and commercial contracts.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to management regarding litigation risks and strategies.
  • Innovate solutions for managing legal risks and resolving disputes effectively.
  • Collaborate with and manage external legal counsel across various jurisdictions.
  • Partner with business teams, including Product, PR, and Customer Support, to identify and mitigate legal risks.
  • Establish processes with operational teams to ensure legal compliance throughout the organization.
  • Serve as the legal point of contact for the sustainability team.

Candidate Profile

  • Admitted to practice in at least one jurisdiction.
  • A legal professional with over 7 years of experience in a law firm or as in-house counsel, particularly in litigation (preferably commercial, platform, and consumer-related).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in handling complex, high-stakes litigation.
  • Familiarity with interactions with regulatory authorities.
  • Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English.
  • Experience in platform-related litigation is a significant advantage.
  • Demonstrated initiative and capability to manage legal issues across various jurisdictions.
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive approach.
  • Enthusiastic about technology-driven enterprises.
