About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Agent to join our team at Snaphunt. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive and timely support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer service via phone and email, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution of customer inquiries and requests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery, meeting customer expectations.
- Escalate customer feedback as necessary, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
