YOUR CONTRIBUTION
In the capacity of a Senior Account Executive for our Enterprise IT Operations Management Software suite, you will spearhead initiatives within designated territories. Your role will involve orchestrating campaigns to cultivate the sales pipeline, employing specialized expertise to identify, qualify, negotiate, and finalize opportunities. You will be assigned specific accounts and oversee a particular geographical area, focusing on a defined customer base.

WHAT THIS POSITION OFFERS

Proven experience in direct software sales Background in new business development and account management Familiarity with IT Operations Management, DevOps, and Hybrid IT solutions is advantageous. A solid understanding of the concerns faced by CIOs, IT Directors, Application Owners, and Service Managers will be essential, as these individuals will be your primary contacts. Collaborate closely with the extended sales team, including PreSales, Professional Services, and Customer Success Management, to develop effective Opportunity and Close strategies.

WHAT YOU NEED TO EXCEL

Proficient communication skills in English and fluency in French Comprehensive knowledge of products, solutions, or service offerings, as well as competitor offerings, to effectively sell large, complex solutions Demonstrated leadership and initiative in successfully driving specialized sales within accounts—prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals. In-depth understanding of the client's business model, organizational structure, operational processes, and financial framework Dedicate time to collaborate with and leverage external partners to deliver or influence sales. Utilize management engagement skills to provide value-added solutions to clients. Expertly utilize CRM systems (SalesForce) and accurately forecast business outcomes Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, engaging with a diverse range of business customers, and managing various selling responsibilities
