En tant que Commercial Key Account Manager, vous serez chargé(e) de développer et de maintenir des relations avec nos clients clés dans le secteur de l'immobilier de bureau.
Missions clés- Identifier et approcher de nouveaux clients potentiels
- Négocier et conclure des contrats avec nos clients
- Assurer un suivi régulier de nos clients pour comprendre leurs besoins et offrir des solutions personnalisées
- Contribuer à l'élaboration de stratégies commerciales pour atteindre nos objectifs de vente
- Minimum 3/5 ans d'expérience en vente B2B
- Compétences solides en rédaction d'offres commerciales et gestion de ventes complexes
- Tempérament agile, stratège et pro-actif
- Fortes aptitudes en communication écrite et orale
- Package de 65 à 75 K€
- Tickets restaurant / RTT / télétravail partiel
- Onboarding complet et formation continue
