Job Title: National Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team at ZAGG. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and accelerating the growth of sales across key Retail, Telecom, and Distribution channels.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Direct new product launches, initiatives, and promotions execution within accounts
  • Present regular business reviews and new product launches
  • Oversee promotions, MDF, accounts, customer, and channel level financials
  • Work with internal teams on behalf of clients to ensure the highest level of customer service
  • Build relationships and meet directly with existing customers and identify new opportunities to acquire new business
  • Interface with product and operations internally to resolve issues that directly impact partners
  • Reach quantitative and qualitative targets
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience in Mobile Accessories
  • Third-level qualification in Business, Administration, Languages
  • Native French and English
  • Established relationships with industry contacts in key customers, both existing and potential
  • Experience of selling from a Mobile Accessories brand into Retail and Telecom channels is preferred
  • Ability to create strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels
  • Ability to understand the competitive landscape and market trends
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth with large customer accounts
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong IT skills, MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  • Effective at multitasking and ability to work on multiple projects
  • Detail-oriented with understanding of consistency towards brand guidelines
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Effective in a fast-paced environment and ability to meet deadlines
