Your Role:

As a Technical Sales Professional, you will play a critical part in expanding our global reach by identifying and qualifying business opportunities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to foster, qualify, and mature our pipeline with high-profile prospects and customers.

You will have the unique opportunity to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while working on a wide range of responsibilities, including prospecting, researching, and strategizing with account executives to drive qualified leads into the sales pipeline.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Qualify inbound leads through meetings, email, phone, or chatbots, focusing on targeted accounts and working closely with account executives to understand prospect projects.
  • Build quality pipelines within allocated target sets, collaborating with account executives and sales teams to research and strategize on approaching these accounts.
  • Use various tools to identify key contacts at target accounts and develop personalized approaches based on establishing strong, lasting business relationships for Algolia.
  • Execute appropriate outbound strategies by creating relevant content (case studies, emails, screencasts, presentations) to engage prospects.
  • Work with managers and account executives to prioritize time and efforts, maximizing pipeline generation and account engagement.
  • Contribute actively to team(s), sharing best practices and participating in team meetings.
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage, track, and report sales activities and results.
  • Track allocated accounts' buying journeys, responding accordingly based on their stage with relevant outreach and cold calling.
  • Collaborate with sales operations and enablement teams to attend training and feedback on processes and courses, refining them continuously.
  • Hold regular one-to-ones with account executives to check account strategy, refine as needed, and update on target account outbounding.
  • Work closely with marketing teams and cross-functional teams to ensure that accounts and inbound inquiries are followed up appropriately, aligned with company messaging.
  • Monitor account journey phases using provided tools, providing feedback to marketing teams to adapt and optimize target account lists.
  • Support ABM and demand generation teams targeting key strategic accounts, working closely on messaging, personalization, themes, and inviting prospects to events/dinners.
  • Attend and contribute to meetings as required.
  • Effectively utilize software and tools provided to support the role.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.

  • Prior experience in lead generation and sales (SaaS experience preferred but not required).

Benefits and Salary:

We offer a highly competitive salary, with an estimated annual total cash compensation range of $71,000-$90,000 USD, reflecting US market pay data. Benefits include a dynamic work environment, professional growth opportunities, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
