In this position, you will have the unique opportunity to influence the future engagement with organizations across EMEA that have yet to embrace the AWS platform. You will spearhead the data-driven creation of market entry strategies and campaigns aimed at assisting greenfield customers in understanding and adopting advanced cloud technologies.
Your role will encompass crafting market penetration strategies within commercial accounts across your designated regions. You will work closely with AWS sales leadership, marketing, partners, inside sales, demand generation, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, engaging leaders throughout EMEA to formulate and execute plans that facilitate large-scale AWS adoption.
The ideal candidate will have a background in greenfield sales or related functions that empower them to foster specific engagement and interaction with internal stakeholders and customers at the executive level. They should also possess a demonstrated capacity to think strategically and methodically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to articulate compelling value propositions. Working collaboratively across organizations, the successful candidate should excel in managing senior stakeholders and be a self-starter prepared to define, develop, and execute a data-driven business strategy that enables their territory to consistently meet quarterly and annual goals.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's/MBA degree in a relevant field
- Experience in defining go-to-market strategies targeted at enterprise customers, focusing on developing, executing, and scaling field programs
- Direct field experience with Enterprise companies
- Consulting or customer-facing solution experience
- Technical background in engineering, computer science, or Management Information Systems is advantageous
