**Job Summary**

TBEA Sunoasis is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager - Utility Solar Projects to join our team. As a key member of our sales and business development team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with key accounts in the utility scale solar market.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including utility companies and solar project developers, to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Organize and coordinate company resources to optimize sales, technical support, delivery, and service procedures to improve customer satisfaction and drive long-term customer support.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and provide recommendations to the company on market development and approach strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical support, and delivery teams, to ensure seamless execution of sales and business development activities.
  • Manage and optimize sales performance, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the local renewable energy policies and regulations to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with sales and business development activities.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in sales, electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience in utility scale solar projects, with a strong track record of building and maintaining key account relationships.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent understanding of the local renewable energy policies and regulations.
  • Strong sense of risk control and ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with sales and business development activities.
