Role Overview:

The Customer Success Manager at DataGalaxy will take a proactive approach to managing customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and ongoing success. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients to identify their needs, resolve issues, and optimize the value they gain from DataGalaxy. Additionally, you will be responsible for advising clients based on their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients in partnership with Account Managers:

Provide daily support in product utilization

Assess and prioritize client needs

Assist with implementation and recommend best practices

Foster client loyalty to enhance account revenue through upselling

  • Respond to inquiries to maximize client engagement with DataGalaxy
  • Monitor action plans and evaluate performance indicators, particularly regarding account retention
  • Assess user experience and suggest improvements
  • Participate in strategic account committees
  • Audit and document use cases for a comprehensive understanding of platform utilization, informing Product, Marketing, Sales, and other clients
  • Track platform usage metrics (Healthcheck) and initiate necessary actions for retention and growth
  • Evaluate key customer satisfaction metrics, analyzing trends:

Acquire new clients

Facilitate additional sales

Retain existing accounts

  • Collaborate with the Product team to relay customer feedback and requests
  • Create and maintain content, deliverables, and best practices

Candidate Profile:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the data/information management sector (data governance, data quality, etc.)
  • Ability to analyze the Data Governance landscape and articulate the unique value proposition of DataGalaxy
  • Proficient in statistical measurement and analysis techniques
  • Functional expertise in:

Data governance

Change management

  • Fluency in English
