District Sales Executive

The District Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and achieving strategic objectives for Expeditors. This dynamic role requires a results-driven individual who can effectively manage a sales territory, build strong relationships with customers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a designated sales territory and develop a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.
- Utilize data entry skills to maintain accurate records in our Customer Relationship Management tool.
- Orchestrate customer relationships and collaborate with regional Product, Service, Geo, and Knowledge Management resources to create tailored solutions.
- Participate in the development of innovative solutions for customers' logistics needs, including supporting diagrams and cost-benefit calculations.
- Support the onboarding of new accounts through customer introductions, information transfer, and securing necessary customer paperwork, as well as AR collection when required.
- Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance selling skills and stay up-to-date on Expeditors' products and services.
- Participate in local trade groups, as directed by the District Sales Manager.
- Take on additional assignments as needed to support company objectives.
Requirements:
- Ability to meet with customers off-site on a regular basis.
- Strong oral and written proficiency in the English language.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work productively both individually and in a team environment.
- Sense of urgency for goal achievement.
- Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
- Comfortable with regular data entry on a laptop computer.
- Strong rapport and relationship-building focus.

Additional Information:
- Must be eligible to work in France.
