At Expeditors, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven District Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and driving business growth in your assigned territory.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the logistics industry and be able to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage an assigned territory and develop a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including regular communication and follow-up
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product, service, and knowledge management teams, to provide value-added solutions for customers
  • Participate in training and development sessions to continue developing selling skills and updating Expeditors product and service knowledge

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the logistics industry and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to work productively in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong sense of urgency for goal achievement
