Key Responsibilities- Offer strategic leadership and direction to the sales division within the region, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and fostering a culture of discipline and process within sales operations.
- Accountable for the sales performance in the region, including achieving profitability and aligning sales targets with the overarching business strategy.
- Develop and implement strategies to facilitate regional growth and ensure alignment with corporate goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate a comprehensive regional strategy and execution plan aimed at launching and expanding new revenue streams.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to promote the enterprise sale of our digital workforce solutions.
- Optimize sales processes and organizational structures to enhance market engagement and maximize revenue generation.
- Act as an advocate for clients by addressing escalations promptly and representing their interests to internal stakeholders.
- Establish and promote a clear vision and objectives for regional success.
- Work closely with senior leadership to define customer engagement models, including new client acquisition and upselling strategies.
- Drive improvements in operational efficiency and organizational effectiveness within the team.
- Design an effective sales organization, including defining roles and deploying resources strategically.
- Support team members in realizing their potential through personalized career development initiatives.
- Enhance the existing team dynamics to uphold the core values of professionalism, integrity, and collaboration.

- Prior experience in a strategic sales role within the Southern European market.
- Proven ability to build and maintain significant client relationships across various industry sectors.
- A passion for implementing effective sales processes and training programs to enhance productivity.
- Strong track record of progressive leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive business strategy.
- Ability to foster positive relationships across all organizational levels through effective communication.
