Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Operations Technician to join our team at Unither. As a key member of our Operational Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for providing quality support to operational staff, handling minor and major deviation investigations, and performing technical reviews of batch records.
About the Role
This is a fixed-term contract position, lasting 18 months, with a rotating shift schedule in 5x8. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing quality support to operational staff, including managing discrepancies and assisting with quality issues encountered in production.
- Handling minor and major deviation investigations and implementing corrective actions with operational staff.
- Performing technical reviews of batch records and ensuring their technical compliance before transfer for release.
- Checking batch start-ups and ensuring operational controls.
- Acting as a backup for batch start-ups for Operational Quality Assurance Assistants.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum Bac +2 level in Quality or Production, with experience in these areas preferred.
- Methodical, rigorous, organized, and with a strong Quality culture.
- Strong pedagogical and communication skills.
