Operational Quality Assurance Specialist - Fixed-term contract (M/F)

Our Laboratory Unither site in Coutances has been specializing in the production of preservative-free multidose and sterile unit doses since its inception, employing more than 350 individuals.
Your Role
As a member of the Operational Quality Assurance Technicians team, reporting directly to the Operational Quality Assurance Manager, you will be tasked with:
- Delivering quality support to operational personnel in the field (Managing discrepancies, assisting with Quality challenges encountered during production, providing theoretical training for staff, etc.)
- Conducting investigations into minor and major deviations and collaborating with operational staff to implement suitable corrective measures,
- Executing technical evaluations of batch records and ensuring their compliance before they are transferred for release,
- Monitoring batch initiations and ensuring operational controls are in place,
- Serving as a backup for batch initiations for Operational Quality Assurance Assistants.
Your Profile
- Minimum Bac +2 level in Quality or Production, with relevant experience in these fields preferred,
- Methodical, meticulous, organized, and possessing a strong Quality culture,
- Excellent pedagogical and communication abilities.
