Job Title: Global Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director, Retail Planning to join our team at IC Resources. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional to take on a new challenge and progress their career in the SaaS industry.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth across France. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, leveraging your expertise in SaaS sales to mid- to large-sized enterprises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets across France, driving business growth and expanding our client base.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration to deliver exceptional results.
  • Pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and engagement, utilizing your strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluent French language skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A proven track record in SaaS sales to mid- to large-sized enterprises, with a deep understanding of the French market.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative approach to working with clients and internal stakeholders.
What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous annual leave.
