At Delta Electronics, we are seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to spearhead our Data Center Segment Sales and Business Development efforts in France. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market share by developing strategic partnerships with key accounts and channels in the assigned territory.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and achieve targets in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute value propositions tailored to customer needs.
  • Expand sales and business development of Delta's Data Centre Solution Product Range.
  • Build relationships with end customers, contractors, and consultants to increase visibility and drive business growth.
  • Identify and develop new partners and key accounts in the region.
  • Create and manage sales pipelines and forecasts to ensure business visibility.
  • Develop solution business by engaging relevant stakeholders and providing technical and commercial support.

Requirements:

  • More than 5 years of experience in B2B sales and business development.
  • Technical degree (industrial engineering, electronic engineering, material engineering, etc.) and relevant experience are highly desirable.
  • Profound knowledge of the local market in Data Centres and the respective ecosystem, or other critical environments like healthcare, education, finance, transportation, etc.
  • Good understanding of UPS and Data Centre infrastructure solutions and proven experience in sales and business development.
  • Relevant experience in Key Accounts Management primarily in the ICT domain.
  • Strong and proven experience in sales processes.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office.
  • Very good skills in business communication.
  • Fluent in English and native French speaker.
  • Experience of working in a team.
  • Positive spirit and attitude with implementation skills.
  • Structured and well-organized with a high level of business ethics.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet business deadlines and targets.
  • Able and willing to travel regularly.
