LE CHALLENGE QU'ELLE VOUS PROPOSE

Type de contrat : CDI

Vous intégrerez une équipe de 13 professionnels, chacun soutenant deux coachs exécutifs :

  • Assurer la gestion des agendas complexes et en constante évolution des coachs
  • Organiser les déplacements et les voyages d'affaires
  • Gérer les notes de frais ainsi que les factures
  • Coordonner les entretiens entre les partenaires et les candidats, tout en assurant le suivi des missions
  • Suivre les missions (rapports confidentiels, lettres de propositions, gestion de la base de données, suivi des procédures administratives...)
CE QUI FAIT VOTRE DIFFÉRENCE ?
  • Formation : Bac+3 minimum
  • Expérience : 5 ans dans un rôle similaire
  • Compétences : Anglais (niveau C1)
  • Qualités : Proactivité, dynamisme, esprit d'équipe, agilité
