  • Develop and manage fee schedules for customer contracts, ensuring accurate billing and accruals.

  • Ensure adherence to data regulations, maintaining the highest standards of quality and reliability.
  • Provide expert consultation and support to customers on products, functionalities, data, prices, exchanges, and claims.
  • Participate in and monitor customer and internal global projects, driving collaboration and success.

Required Skills and Experience

  • At least 2 years of work experience in a similar environment in financial services middle office.
  • Proven administration experience with strong organizational skills, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • High understanding of quality and reliable working methods combined with great independence, clear customer focus, and excellent communication skills.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure, driving results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flair for figures and fluency in French and English, with a strong ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
