About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our business development efforts in France. As the Head of Business Development, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion in the French market, overseeing the transition from external lead generation to in-house insurance sales, and implementing processes to optimize sales pipelines and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a clear roadmap for insourcing leads and expanding business in France, ensuring alignment with CLARK's overarching growth objectives
  • Analyze the insurance landscape, identifying competitor gaps and customer preferences to position CLARK uniquely in the market
  • Oversee the transition from external lead generation to in-house insurance sales, implementing processes, training, and monitoring systems to ensure efficient insourcing of leads
  • Coordinate with tech and product teams to facilitate the rollout of our insurance management app in new regions, including localization, compliance checks, and user testing
  • Establish and optimize sales pipelines, customer relationship management, and feedback loops to ensure efficient insourcing of leads
  • Actively recruit, train, and upskill new insurance team members to ensure the success of our business development efforts
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with insurance carriers and marketing partners to amplify our reach and offerings
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, revenue, or growth roles in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment or top-level strategy consulting firm
  • Successful track record of establishing and scaling teams and processes
  • Performance-driven, agile, and adaptable, with a data-driven mindset
  • Hands-on experience with sales tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
  • Fluent in English and French (C1 level or native)
