Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to join our team in Paris, France. This role will provide executive support to the General Manager and the entire leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide secretarial support to the GM and France Leadership team
- Maintain the Paris office facilities and manage 3rd party suppliers
- Prepare travel reports and control expenses
- Welcome new employees and provide necessary tools and office access
- Manage corporate credit card requests and control for the whole team
- Post office, telephone lines management, documentation control, bridge to HR for fleet penalties control
- Travel arrangements for Leadership Team
- Diary management, book meetings with France team and the region
- Organization of meetings and events
- Filing documentation and catalogue contracts
- Phone calls filtering and addressing relevant ones
- Prepare documents and compile information for GM meetings
- Follow up on requests and deadlines for employees and within the Leadership Team
- Prioritization and management of meeting requests
- Office expenses budget control: purchase of office supplies

Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is €45,000 - €55,000 per year, depending on experience.
