Position Overview: This is a remarkable opportunity to assume a vital and strategic position within our Talent team.

As the Talent Sourcing Leader for our European Sourcing Hub, you will be instrumental in ensuring our organization attracts the finest talent at the optimal time and location. Your enthusiasm for leading the sourcing team will be key in developing talent pipelines, shaping and advancing diversity sourcing strategies, delivering talent mapping, and leveraging AI technology effectively. In this capacity, you will establish the strategic direction for the team, collaborate with Talent Acquisition Leads in various countries to address their requirements, and report on performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the Europe Sourcing Hub, managing a team of 6 FTE augmented resources, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring the sourcing team's performance aligns with established metrics.
  • Formulate the Talent Acquisition strategy for your designated cluster and oversee the management of 4 direct reports in conjunction with the RPO team, striving to meet or exceed defined KPIs.
  • Engage with the business to comprehend its needs, secure commitment, and implement talent strategies that deliver value. Educate stakeholders on hiring progress and the competitive landscape using both internal and external metrics.
  • Analyze trends within the business, economy, and employment market to identify challenges and opportunities, enhancing staffing strategies and leveraging our brand.
  • Foster strong relationships with Business, HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, and our RPO. You will be an integral part of the local HR Leadership Team and the Regional Europe Talent Acquisition Leadership Team.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement to maintain a competitive edge in talent attraction.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/qualifications.
  • Proven experience in people management, successfully leading a team.
  • Expertise in sourcing or direct search, with a keen interest in new tools and innovative practices.
  • Several years of experience in Recruitment Marketing strategies, with a strong understanding of targeted sponsored campaigns and analytics, as well as proficiency in digital media channel strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with strong abilities in influencing, negotiation, and conflict resolution, alongside excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Capability to consult and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • An innovative mindset, focused on experimentation to ensure we remain ahead of the competition in offering superior hiring practices and solutions.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and excellent project management skills, with a focus on optimization.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
