Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team at Hornetsecurity. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in France and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify new business opportunities and increase sales revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels, including referrals, online research, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and manage sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Hornetsecurity's products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activity.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
