Sales Development Manager

The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth for Single-Use Systems within the assigned geography and portfolio at Biopharmaceutical or Cell Therapy manufacturing companies. This involves building collaborative partnerships, establishing sales plans, and communicating progress to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage territory to meet/exceed business goals and objectives in terms of gross sales, margins, and new customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with business departments to win profitable projects in line with the business strategy.
  • Collect and analyze market information to support sales objectives.
  • Contribute to the yearly budgeting process and report on variances between sales and monthly objectives.


Requirements
  • A 5 years selling experience in Life Sciences markets, such as Bioprocessing, or Biotechnology.
  • Track record of successful new business development.
  • Technical understanding of biotechnological processes.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
