Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our Europe Legal team in Paris. The successful candidate will support TCS business teams across a broad range of legal topics, working closely with our talented and innovative team of legal counsels and contract managers.
The primary focus of this role will be on commercial contracting, with a focus on matters in the French geography. Key responsibilities will include:
- Negotiating and reviewing IT/outsourcing, digital, and software contracts in the private and public sector.
- Supporting contract reviews and negotiations during competitive tender processes and existing customer engagements.
The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified French legal counsel with approximately 3-5 years of relevant experience. Additional experience or qualifications in Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese law would be an asset. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and drafting skills in French and English, as well as the ability to work as a business partner and combine legal expertise with practical advice.
