Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a seasoned Sales leader to drive revenue growth in our Southern region. As the Regional Sales Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of Account Executives across France, Spain, and Portugal, exceeding sales targets and customer satisfaction objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the Southern region, leveraging direct sales and channel partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including Sales Operations, EMEA Sales Leadership, and stakeholders.
- Partner with Sales Engineers, Product Specialists, and Channel Managers to create relevant solutions for customers.
- Manage sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance in a high-growth environment.
- Lead a team of remote field executives, inspiring and developing them to meet or exceed annual sales and revenue targets.
- 7+ years of sales experience in Cyber Security SAAS with recurring subscription revenue models.
- Proven ability to position multiple product and technology solutions to solve business problems.
- Experience selling into Large and Enterprise customer bases using MEDDIC methodology or similar sales qualification frameworks.
- Extensive channel sales experience with a strong network and ability to build out a Channel-first business.
- Entrepreneurial approach with a startup mindset, experienced in growing a region or territory.
- Customer-centric approach to sales, with the ability to drive that throughout your teams.
