About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our Calvin Klein team in Troyes. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a team of sales professionals, and implementing effective merchandising strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Animate and mobilize the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales growth
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Conduct market research and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Fluency in English
