Job Description

CRIT France is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager International to join our team. As a Key Account Manager International, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients in France and internationally.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prospection and development of targeted accounts in collaboration with various countries
  • Response to international tenders in coordination with the countries concerned by the consultation emanating from clients in France
  • Animation of accounts internally and externally
  • Elaboration of a sales strategy specific to each account entrusted to you
  • Relationship with the Grands Comptes teams of the countries concerned
  • Follow-up of framework agreements and deployment of agreements by the commercial/Grands Comptes teams of the different countries
  • Coordination between the various internal stakeholders (marketing, legal, operations, finance, sales force, etc.)
  • Ensure the consistency of commercial actions, new sales proposals, and deployment of agreements; guarantor of the deployment of framework agreements by internal teams
  • Pilotage de la négociation directe auprès des clients (prix, délais de livraison, CGV…)
  • Pilotage et coordination de l'élaboration et l'exécution des contrats ainsi que le respect des engagements contractuels bilatéraux
  • Analyse de marché et de la concurrence
Requirements:
  • Bac +5, generally graduating from a business school or equivalent university degree in management/commerce international
  • Expertise in the market of ETT
  • Expertise in the management of tenders and client relations Grands Comptes
  • Strong negotiation skills and very good mastery of commercial techniques
  • Mastery of sales cycles and ability to build complex offers
  • Functional management of sales teams, work in project mode
  • Mastery of English is indispensable (bilingual)
  • Frequent travel is also to be expected for client meetings and negotiations
