Head of Sales and Marketing

We are seeking a seasoned sales and marketing leader to drive revenue growth in our SMB market by developing and executing the overall acquisition strategy in France and European markets, including partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a robust go-to-market model by refining our EMEA target markets, personas, and acquisition channels.
- Lead a high-performing sales team by fostering a culture of excellence, identifying, hiring, and onboarding top-notch sales & marketing talents.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Demand generation teams to plan and execute key initiatives that drive opportunities and propel prospects through the sales funnel.
- Establish and prioritize acquisition initiatives to achieve our objectives, and implement and maintain structured sales playbooks to effectively guide the team through the entire sales cycle.
- 7+ years in sales, with a proven track record in direct selling B2B SaaS products to SMBs, and 4+ years in building, inspiring, and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Successful experience in expanding into EMEA markets, ideally UK, Nordics, or Southern Europe markets.
- Proven success in collaborating with Marketing and Demand generation teams to plan and execute key initiatives that drive opportunities and propel prospects through the sales funnel.
- Fully proficient in English and able to join a sales call in French.
