Job Title: Head of Sales and Business Development

Ridespace is seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales and Business Development to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to increase revenue and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  2. Lead a team of sales professionals to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including satellite operators, manufacturers, and other industry partners.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
  1. 5-10 years of experience in sales and business development, with a strong track record of success.
  2. Proven experience in the space industry, with a deep understanding of the market and its stakeholders.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
