Nous recherchons un Commercial Enablement Manager pour renforcer notre équipe Marketing & Ops et accompagner toute l'équipe Sales & Customer success sur les différentes dimensions de l'enablement :

Responsabilités
  • Coordonner et animer le programme de formation commerciale avec pour objectif l'amélioration continue et le maintien de l'excellence de notre activité commerciale autour de 4 dimensions :
    • L'onboarding des nouveaux commerciaux
    • La formation commerciale autour des techniques de ventes SaaS
    • Le coaching individuel des sales
    • La formation continue sur la proposition de valeur Doctrine et les lancements de nouveaux produits
  • Responsable du développement, de l'exécution et de l'optimisation du programme de formation continue en collaboration avec les Sales Managers
  • Responsable de la formation des sales sur les produits Doctrine en collaboration avec le Marketing et le Produit
  • Personne de référence pour accompagner la progression individuelle des commerciaux en concertation avec les sales managers
Compétences requises
  • Expérience réussie en tant que commercial.e dans une organisation Sales B2B
  • Aimer la vente et les vendeurs, avoir envie de consacrer chaque jour à aider 60+ Sales à monter en compétence
  • Orienté.e résultats et veux mesurer l'impact de tes actions sur la performance commerciale
  • Ame de coach et es pédagogue, aimer rendre accessibles des concepts compliqués
  • Excellent relationnel, savoir établir facilement un contact humain de qualité et aimer parler en public
  • Organisé.e, rigoureux et autonome, avec un bon esprit de synthèse
