About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Professional to join our team at International Flavors & Fragrances. As a Sales Service Representative, you will be responsible for building customer relationships, providing exceptional customer support, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in sales service and/or supply chain customer service.
  • 4-year Bachelor's Degree.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in English and any local language relevant for the role.
