**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute global GTM plans to ensure successful launches and market competitiveness.
- Conduct market analysis and create comprehensive reports for new product categories.
- Determine product pricing based on market trends.
- Collaborate with local sales, market, and retailer teams to bring GTM strategies to life.
- Oversee business sales targets and maintain strong relationships with distributors and KA retailers to achieve goals.
**Requirements**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in consumer electronics sales or GTM.
- Proven ability to work proactively, think critically, and effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's or graduate degree.
- Innovative problem-solving skills and ability to propose effective solutions.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese, with French being a plus.
