The Team
• An international team comprising over 30 nationalities, bringing together diverse educational backgrounds and experiences in investment, medical, scientific, strategic, and operational fields.

Your Role
As a member of the IT team, you will play a vital role in enhancing and optimizing data management by addressing practical business challenges. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing operational support to the IT project manager.
- Planning, setting up, and configuring workstations along with their software and hardware components.
- Responding to IT and technical inquiries from users.
- Managing user requests and resolving issues.
- Overseeing requests (tickets, emails, hotline) and ensuring proper follow-up.
- Drafting and adhering to IT processes.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and automation of tasks to enhance the quality of IT support.
Profile
If you possess the following qualifications, we encourage you to consider this opportunity:
- You are a student (minimum 2 years of secondary studies) specializing in systems and networks.
- You ideally have prior experience in a corporate environment.
- You are eager to work in a rapidly growing company and are seeking a 12-month work-study program.
- You demonstrate strong service orientation and communication skills, are meticulous, and possess adaptability.
- You are capable of working independently, proposing solutions, and taking initiatives to fulfill your responsibilities.
- You are fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Technical Environment:
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows PC and Servers).
- Proficiency in essential tools (MS Office, Internet Explorer, Outlook, etc.).
- Experience in creating and maintaining procedures.
- Knowledge of networking and/or programming is a plus.
