Nexans is seeking a highly skilled Support Analyst to join our team in La Défense. As a Support Analyst, you will work closely with our Headquarter & Regional IT manager to provide top-notch support for our IT infrastructure and assets repository.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure hardware and software for computer systems and networks
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by users
  • Integrate new components into our systems, adhering to industry standards and best practices
  • Manage incidents and ensure timely resolution
  • Develop user documentation and provide training and support
  • Build and maintain knowledge bases of incidents and assets
  • Oversee the management of our IT assets

Expected Outcomes:

  • Ability to analyze complex situations, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supporting IT expert solutions and VIP support
  • Fluent English language skills, both spoken and written
