Job Summary:

Cyient is seeking an experienced Strategic Business Development Leader to drive new client sales in our Energy and Plant Engineering business unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand our presence in the Energy sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the industry.
  • Leverage our sales force to drive lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with delivery, sales, pre-sales, and marketing organizations to drive business proposals and negotiate contracts.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in metrics-driven solutions selling into the heavy Engineering industry.
  • Established contacts and relationships at the C-level, VP, and Director levels.
  • Clear demonstration of experience in revenue growth and complex technical business proposals.
