Director of Ad Sales

As a seasoned sales leader, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing a high-performing sales team in France. You will work closely with the Head of Sales for Western and Nordics Europe to define the sales strategy and drive execution for some of the world's top brands and agencies. Your expertise in account planning, trading, strategic planning, and media buying within Direct & Programmatic environments will be invaluable in this role.

Key responsibilities include providing leadership for the sales team, hiring and managing the Ad sales team in France, and identifying and seeking out client and industry relationships to optimize revenue. You will also be responsible for driving partnership performance, engaging with key partners, and delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements for this role include 10+ years of digital advertising/marketing sales experience and management experience, as well as a proven track record of success in France. You should have a deep understanding of the marketing landscape and expertise in account planning, trading, strategic planning, and media buying within Direct & Programmatic environments. Experience running a team where Data/Insights drive the direction of the business is also required. Strong agency and client relationships, highly motivated, entrepreneurial, energetic, and willing to thrive in a high growth organization are also essential. Able to hit and exceed quarterly revenue expectations, excellent problem solving and negotiating skills, and fluent English & French language, spoken and written is required.
