About the Role:
As a Medical Oncology Sales Professional with Exact Sciences in Paris, France, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in key accounts within the region. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in promoting complex products in medical oncology and diagnostics, ideally with a focus on breast cancer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximize product potential in key accounts, staying within budget and meeting sales targets.
- Deliver compelling selling messages, provide exceptional customer service, and establish strong relationships with physicians and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Engage with decision-makers across the National Health System, including reimbursement specialists, to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain comprehensive understanding of customer needs, develop key account records, and manage these relationships effectively.
- Support the Country Manager with sales leads outside the region, attending international and national conferences as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Science or related field.
- At least 5 years of sales experience in promoting premium products, preferably in medical oncology and/or diagnostics.
- Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders, analyze data, and provide solutions in a dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge of KOLs in the region, including oncologists, pathologists, procurement specialists, and key decision-makers.
- Proven large territory and key account management skills, with a deep understanding of clinical research and diagnostics in cancer.
- Clean French Driver's license and fluency in French are essential.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a highly competitive salary, estimated at €80,000-€110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits that include a comprehensive health insurance package, pension plan, and generous paid time off.
