With over 5,000 B2B clients, we have successfully achieved significant milestones in electric mobility. As we venture into the French market, we are seeking a dedicated (Junior) Sales Manager (all genders) to represent our brand and contribute to our growth trajectory.
This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in northern France, ideally from Paris.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inside Sales Management:
- Oversee the sales process for incoming leads specific to the French market.
- Evaluate leads, perform product demonstrations, and offer tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective lead follow-up and conversion.
- Outbound Sales Strategies:
- Target installers, including electricians and full-service providers in the market.
- Proactively engage potential customers to introduce reev's offerings.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to drive sales opportunities.
- Sales Training and Enablement:
- Plan and conduct webinars and sales training sessions, both remotely and in-person.
- Educate wholesalers, electricians, and partners on the features and advantages of our solutions.
- Provide support and guidance to customers on effectively utilizing our products.
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B context.
- A strong interest in electromobility, renewable energy, and advanced technologies.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Proactive and self-driven with a passion for achieving targets and delivering results.
- Capability to conduct effective remote and on-site sales training sessions.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce, is a plus.
- Previous experience in inside or outbound sales roles.
- Knowledge of the electrical or automotive sectors.
- Experience in organizing and delivering remote training sessions or webinars.
