Airbus Helicopters is seeking a highly skilled Logistic Export Control Specialist to join our Material Support and Logistics department based in Marignane, France.
The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team responsible for ensuring compliance with export control regulations and rules. Key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the implementation of export control rules and data classification within the organization
- Supporting business teams on export control basics and classification rules
- Collaborating with various stakeholders, including export control, technical raters, procurement, front office, and warehouse teams
- Guaranteeing that export control rules are fully applied locally and alerting when necessary
- Following export control violations and leading practical problem-solving initiatives
- Working closely with the German counterpart to ensure harmonization
- Ensuring training of business actors on export control topics
- Improving processes and supporting process updates
- Verifying process adherence and monitoring mandatory classifications and data cleansing
