Global Operations Transformation and Process Engineering Director

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Global Ops Transformation and Process Engineering Manager to join our team at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring alignment with unit strategy and owning responsibility for overall program profit and loss management.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with business unit management and internal manufacturing and development partners to recommend and implement changes to products, processes, or business practices to drive continuous improvement and manage program costs.
- Review and evaluate program plans and guidelines for compliance with program management guidelines and standards; provide tangible feedback to improve overall program management quality and results for the organization.
- Coordinate with management to ensure proper procedural compliance, maintenance, and safety practices are followed for new and existing equipment.
- Lead and provide guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members to set an example of program management innovation and excellence.
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in engineering development and implementation, project planning tools and software packages, people management, or a related field.
