Global Account Director Opportunity

Cadence Design Systems is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our European Global Account team. As a Global Account Director, you will be responsible for managing a full portfolio of EDA, IP, Design Services, and Consulting Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a European Global Account team to drive business growth and revenue
  • Develop and execute detailed account plans to identify growth opportunities and drive successful execution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions and engage with support functions to finalize agreements
  • Establish strong executive relationships and alignment between companies

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in engineering or related field
  • 10+ years of technical sales experience in EDA and IP
  • Proven track record of managing senior sales executives and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and team player skills
  • Fluency in French and English, Italian is a plus
