In the role of Vice President of Sales for Southern Europe , you will play a vital role in inspiring and guiding our sales teams throughout the region. You will develop and implement effective sales strategies, ensure flawless execution, and drive performance to exceed our ambitious targets. Your leadership will be essential in steering the region towards success, and we expect you to bring the same energy and commitment that has positioned Modern Woodmen of America as a leader in the industry.
- Ownership of Sales Success: Take full responsibility for the performance of our sales team, focusing on accelerating revenue growth in Southern Europe.
- Strategic Sales Development: Design and implement customized go-to-market strategies for the region. Oversee investment decisions that optimize growth opportunities in France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal.
- Drive New Customer Acquisition: Your primary objective will be to attract new clients. Additionally, you will support upselling and cross-selling efforts to our existing clientele, guiding our sales representatives to identify and capitalize on opportunities while maintaining a high closing rate.
- Accountability and Performance: Ensure that sales representatives are held accountable for building a strong sales pipeline and consistently meeting their targets.
- Collaboration with Partners: Build and maintain robust relationships with regional partners by working closely with our Partner Account Executives and channel leadership.
