As a key member of the France & Benelux cluster organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving the achievement of our One Newell commercial strategy. Your expertise will be instrumental in building sustainable growth in the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide guidance and support to employees and people managers on change management, daily operations, employee development, and HR priorities in alignment with the overall business strategy.
- Partner with people managers to ensure effective management of Employee Relations cases and adherence to local employment laws.
- Coach managers in managing complex situations to raise leadership capability.
- Support the development of new streamlined ways of working in the HR team, including the creation of new HR policies and procedures.
- Champion HR systems and line manager engagement to embed manager self-service and enable a leader-led approach.
- Represent the HR team in local and global projects, ensuring proactivity and delivery against requirements.
- Significant experience in an HRBP client-facing role.
- Experience working within a fast-paced private sector matrix organization, ideally FMCG and/or Supply Chain and Logistics.
- Ability to build effective working relationships and influence at all levels in the organization.
- Commercial awareness and desire to understand the business and be a true part of it.
- Fluent in French and English.
